At Piyush Medical Store, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Refunds are processed in case of order issues or non-delivery within applicable timelines.

1️⃣ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• If a customer refuses to accept the order or is unavailable and the parcel returns (RTO), we reserve the right to

° Block future COD orders from that customer

° Or ask for prepaid payment for future orders

3️⃣ Returns & Replacement

• Due to the personal care / health nature of the product, we do not accept open or used product returns.

• Return or replacement will be considered only if:

• You received a damaged product, or

• You received a wrong product

Conditions:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• You must provide unboxing video or clear photos as proof

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

4️⃣ Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in approved cases (damage / wrong product).

• Once approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refund will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

5️⃣ No Refund Cases

Refunds will NOT be given if:

• Customer does not like the product

• Customer changes their mind

• Product is used or opened

• Delay caused by courier company

• COD order refused at delivery

• Wrong address or unreachable customer

• Results may vary from person to person.

• We do not guarantee identical results for every user.

• Refund will not be applicable based on personal expectations or results.
