📦 1. Shipping Locations

• Currently, we deliver only within India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

• In some cases, order confirmation may be done via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

🚛 3. Shipping & Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on:

• Your location

• Courier partner

• Local delivery conditions

• Delivery time shown on the website is estimated and may vary.

📍 4. Delivery Address

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

• Please ensure your address and phone number are correct and reachable.

📞 5. Courier & Delivery Partner

• We ship orders through reputed courier partners.

• Once the order is handed over to the courier company, delivery responsibility lies with the courier partner.

⚠️ 6. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused due to:

• Courier company issues

• Natural disasters

• Strikes, lockdowns, or remote area delays

• Incorrect address or unreachable customer

🔁 7. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If:

• Customer is unavailable

• Phone is switched off

• Address is incorrect

• Or customer refuses delivery

• Then the parcel may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

• We reserve the right to block future COD orders from that customer.

• Re-dispatch may require prepaid payment.

• Once dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS / WhatsApp (if available).
